  1. Returns
    You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method or via bank transfer.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  3. Exchanges
    We can exchange products only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
    Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  5. Non-Returnable Items
